Duloxetine is a serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. It is mostly prescribed for major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, fibromyalgia and neuropathic pain. Duloxetine is sold under the brand name Cymbalta among others. It is also used in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence.
